New Zealand based designer
presents her collections on the runway of New York Fashion Week.
Hers is a design aesthetics which celebrates women with a nod
to historical perspective.
For a /w 2014, Ms. Walker drew inspiration from the suffragette movement–
in acknowledging her home country New Zealand, which in 1893
was the first Western nation to grant women voting rights.
