Jose Feliciano is a composer, singer, guitarist extraordinaire.

Born in Puerto Rico (1945), he was blind from birth

and viewed the world through the lens of music.

His talent was evident from an early age.

While growing up, he was greatly influenced by a

variety of musical genre:  jazz, soul, rock-n-roll.

In addition, he taught himself to play the guitar.

Later he studied classical guitar,

which augmented his musical range.
