With the big chill season less than a month underway,

Winter 2013 has proven a force of reckoning,

with many regions experiencing record-breaking freeze factors.

From a meteorological perspective, total focus is on concerns

of the present winter, which is raging havoc in many parts.

Yet, in the world of fashion focus is fixed on the future,

the  view of the ‘what’s next to come’ .

The chronological calendar may read 2013,

but the fashion calendar is open to 2014 –

and circled are its autumn/winter collections.

From Monday 6 January to Wednesday 8 January

the British Fashion Council (BFC) presents

London Collection: Men A/W 2014,

which showcases the design work of British menswear talents:

emerging creatives,  established brands,  Saville Row tailors.
